Exploring the coast
Exploring the coast of Ballena Marine National Park is an adventure in and of itself with one of our guides.

To the south of the lodge you can walk through the Raices trail (Primary Rainforest and secondary growth) that will take you down to Arco beach, which is one of the most secluded beaches of the park.

There you can find a small waterfall, a tunnel, and warm, calm ocean water to swim in. But the best part of the beach is that the rainforest comes down all the way to the beach, Arco is one of the few beaches that still enjoys such wonder.

By taking a small path at the end of the beach you will end up at Ballena Beach, with miles of beach to explore. Go swimming at one of the creeks, body surf, bird watch, etc.
