beach walk in Costa Rica, near the Osa PeninsulaAfter a delicious breakfast of fresh organic foods prepared by the staff’s culinary artists, you may like to explore the secluded beach where warm tropical waters invite swimming, surfing, snorkeling and tide pooling. The surrounding, old growth rainforest offers hiking amongst a richly biodiverse jungle where monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws abound. Perhaps you’re called to recline in a hammock or get a massage while the children play on the beach with their new friends. You may like to brush up on your Spanish speaking by signing up for lessons. We will be greeted for lunch by the friendly chefs and in the late afternoon we will meet for another yoga session. In the afternoon session we will enjoy a restorative practice, pranayama or partner yoga with the kids while the chefs prepare another delightful meal.

She also spent many years as a senior teacher and student studying with Richard Freeman. She is grateful to Richard for teaching her the internal form of the practice and for his compassionate guidance. Jeanie brings a delightful blend of meditative flow and inquiry into her classes as well as attending to the details of alignment. She is a mother of two and often brings her everyday experiences as a householder yogini into class to illuminate the yogic process. Jeanie teaches classes at Om Time in Boulder, Colorado and workshops both nationally and internationally.
