How happy it makes me to see such evaluation. Thank you to all the hard work of our team members.

   

A few days ago we got a Family that came in because they liked the sign in the road, and they stayed for 3 nights. For the people at the lodge it was an honor to share that time with them, because they were so enthusiastic to learn what we were doing at the lodge, from the compost, recycling to our alternative energy source. Yesterday I got to the lodge and the first thing that I saw was John with a paper in his hands, telling me that he had good news for me. That moment sums up the reason why I love to work here, to see the happiness in one of my teammates face, as a child that is happy because he got a prize for being a good boy in class. For this evaluation and for the many positive ones that we have gotten over the years, it is why we know that we are doing things right, even though there are time when we get people that do not agree with our humble ways… but again that is the nice thing of us humans, that we can have our opinions and that it is respected.

   

I want to thank all of the members of our team for their valuable contribution that they give each day to our mission and vision. Together we can achieve the impossible! Also thanks to each and every one of our guess that with your valuable contribution we can continue to preserve this precious jewel that we call La Cusinga, and with your positive ( and constructive, and some time not so constructive) evaluation help us to improve our selves every day.
