Private Preserve La Cusinga has more than 35 years of protection and conservation. It has the best biodiversity in the area.

   Since the seventies an area of 250 hectares where purchased and was left to return to its natural state, most of the pastures where converted into reforestation, and the education of the community in the importance of the conservation of the flora and fauna was constant. During this time the best thing that we did was to educate the communities and to let nature do its magic.

   

   In the preserve one can find small felines, wild boards, monkeys, king vultures, manikins, among the great diversity of flora and fauna. As part of the Ecolodge, the preserve is part of the tours that we offer.
