We are so pleased to announce that La Cusinga Eco Lodge has a new chef. After carefully looking for a person that we though would fit our philosophy and that will be a good fit to our team, we had been able to hire an excellent person and a great chef. David Mahler is a professional chef, who has been in the business for more than 35 years. Our Chef of the Jungle has worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Napa Valley, New York City, Boston, Austin Texas, Cape Cod among other cities. He has worked in places such as Elite Café, he owned the award winning Cajun-Creole: Belle roux Restaurant.
Now we have the honor to have him working at La Cusinga, where he will use the local tropical foods to create his symphony in the mouth of guest with his dishes. Soon we will be opening our restaurant for the public in a reservation based only. But for now as a guest of our lodge you will not only enjoy the beauty of our place, but you will also have the pleasure of enjoying our gourmet cuisine, prepared with natural and fresh organic products from our area.
