Organic Compost

A good aspect in our organic culture involves the use of natural manure produced in our compost and worm-compost.

We use Californian Worms, under an intensive production, process, which will be used later in our vegetable garden. (See Organic Agriculture).

Compost should be made with left-over fruits, fruit peels and garden wastes, etc. This is a simple system in which we let the organic waste degrade via the oxygen effect. The technique (in case you want to try it at home) is easy: Lay down thin waste layers and a thin layer of soil or garden garbage. The compost area must be covered from the rain.
