RECYCLING:

Recognizing that families, employees, and visitors are all guests here on this property we have taken many steps to reduce our “footprint”.  The notion of “trash” does not exist in natural systems. Our species is unique in its ability to create waste products that cannot be integrated by the environment.  “Basura” is one of the most notable types of human pollution.  For this reason we have worked very hard to create a very effective recycling system.  Our goal is a “trash in, trash out” system, whereby all man-made materials that enter the property leave through the proper channels.  Our responsible purchase policy assures that all purchases are made in bulk to reduce packaging.  Everything that we can recycle we do.  We send glass, plastic, and aluminum to the local school so that they can sell the goods and use the generated income to better the institution.  What minimal wastes cannot be recycled are collected by the Municipality.  Through the collaboration of employees and guests alike, we strive to protect this beautiful land by leaving it to its own natural processes and growth.
