At dinner we showcases the wide variety of amazing locally sourced ingredients that our area has to offer. Two trips a week to the local Farmer's Markets for organic produce allows us to produce a cuisine unlike any other on the coast. Our cooking is simple, yet packs an intensity of flavor that highlights the freshness of the ingredients. All seafood is caught locally and features fresh Yellowfin Tuna, beautiful Pargo (red snapper) and succulent sweet Shrimp. We makes all desserts and ice creams in house and features organic cacao from the mountains as well as the ripe local tropical fruits. In the evening four courses are served so that you may savor a true "taste of the jungle.
